• The domain names must be available for registration in order to qualify for this promotion.
• In the event that the following incident happened within the 45 days period, we reserved the right to charge you for the 1 year registration fee for the free 2nd level .sg domain:
  - 3rd level .COM.SG name has been deleted.
  - Both domain names have been transferred to other Registrar.
  - Registrant contract for both domain names are different.
  
• No refunds are applicable for this promotion.

How to purchase order for BOGOF domain name?

1. Purchase order as normal via online https://order.newmediaexpress.com
2. Only fill up domain name .com.sg when purchase order and proceed payment.
3. You will received confirmation email once domain .com.sg registered successfully.
4. Then, please access to NewMedia Express's client Portal.

   After success login to client portal, please follow steps below:
   Domain > My Domains > click Manage Domain [The domain entitle BOGOF] > Click BOGOF > Enter domain name (If status show eligible) > register BOGOF domain
5. You will received confirmation again if BOGOF domain register successfully.
