Shirley founded NewMedia Express in 2003, and has served as the company's CEO since then. She holds an Honours Degree in Business Information Technology from Coventry University in the United Kingdom and an MBA from Hertfordshire University in the United Kingdom. Since the inception of NewMedia Express, she has held key positions in business development, marketing and sales management. She has built upon her background in Business IT to continually identify and draw upon new avenues for our domain and web hosting services to consolidate new revenue generating relationships with strategic partners and customers. Her strong belief in maximizing customer satisfaction while exploring innovative methods of harnessing the latest technologies drives Shirley towards developing long-term relationships with NewMedia Express's working partners and clients. Shirley's dynamic brand of leadership, entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take well-calculated risks has helped NewMedia Express to expand towards becoming one of the most successful web hosting companies in Singapore.

Alan Woo comes to NewMedia Express with numerous years of work experience at global corporations with information technology as their core business. Alan's wide-ranging work experience is complemented by his Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computing & Infomation Systems conferred by University of Oxford Brookes in United Kingdom. Alan has served as chief technology officer at i-POP Networks, one of Asia's leading mobile media service providers, where he assisted in mobile application integration in the South-East region for widely recognized international brand names like MTVAsia, ESPN Star Sport, MediaCorp, SPH Mediaworks and Sony Ericsson. Previously, he also served as Internet engineering manager of Net Megastore, Asia's largest one-stop music CD e-commerce service provider/distributor, a high volume e-commerce platform providing online music store services to websites as varied as Yahoo, MTVAsia, Voxstar, MediaCorp, LycosAsia, Gogo etc.
Alan's creative ideas and extensive work experience in the field of information technologies/new media industries enables him to help NewMedia Express create a solid foundation for automated and scalable growth in managed hosting solutions and content distribution solutions.

Fan Yong joined NewMedia Express in 2004 and was appointed as Senior Internet Manager. He received a Bachelor Degree in Computing from the University of Tasmania, Australia. Fan Yong currently leads our development team. Equipped with Fan Yong's extensive applied knowledge in web application programming and database management and his ability to think out of the box to develop the best ideas, our development team is empowered to implement our technology solutions in the shortest possible timeframe.

Yeoh Siew Peng joined NewMedia Express in 2008 and was appointed as Shared Hosting Account Manager.
