Terms and Conditions for HongBao Promotion:

1. The promotion will only for the month of February 2017 i.e. 09:00:00 1st February 2017 till 17:00:00 28th February 2017 . Payment must be processed no later than 17:00:00 28th February 2017. (Singapore Time, GMT+8)
2. The promotion will only be available for the categories of ".sg" and ".per.sg"
3. Only new registrations by local entities or individuals based in Singapore will be eligible for this promotion. Valid local contact information will need to be provided under the Registrant contact info.
4. The "HongBao" promotion is for first year registration only, and cannot be enjoyed with any other existing offers and promotion from SGNIC. The Buy-One-Get-One-Free and SME programmes will run as per normal but will be mutually exclusive from the "HongBao" promotion.
5. All prevailing registration policies (including but not limited to the Registrant Agreement, the Registration Policies, Procedures and Guidelines, and the SDRP) should still be adhered to. Registrars are expected to ensure that only eligible registrants are allowed to register under this promotion.
6. An individual or entity will not be able to register more than 50 names in a single month under the promotion.
7. No refunds will be provided for domain name registration regardless the domain name application is success or fail. If the requested domain name is not available, customer may select an alternate domain name within 7 working day.
