RECRUITMENT

INTERNET ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and administer internal web based applications.
  • Deploy, troubleshoot and maintenance of hosted web infrastructure.
  • Work with database
  • Monitor and maintain servers, workstations, and websites.
  • Perform technical support to users.
  • Fulfill end-user requirements for resolving issues / request of different types and to accurately assign severities
  • Reporting & Statistical Analysis of data mined and gathered from the ticket logging and tracking system
  • Perform capacity planning of internal web infrastructure, and implementation of sale-up/scale-out operations

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Work experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge in programming such as PHP / JavaScript / MySQL
  • Knowledge in open source technologies such as WordPress, Joomla
  • Knowledge and experience in Windows / Linux / Unix / Servers
  • Knowledge and experience in Domain, Server Hosting & cPanel is an advantage
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Initiative, independent, under stress, willing to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a fluid and rapidly changing environment
  • Good interpersonal as well as strong analytical and technical skills
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Must be customer oriented.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Able to speak & write in English & Chinese in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates.

CUSTOMER CARE CONSULTANT

Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales & basic IT support.
  • Attend to incoming calls and handle general enquiries.
  • Channel or escalate call to the appropriate department for efficient follow up.
  • Provide prompt yet professional customer service
  • Ability to deliver a tailored sales process to achieve targets
  • Work with the sales team to achieve targeted sales in line with the company’s objectives and directions
  • Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for Company
  • Identify market segment and trend, consumer preference , marketing strategies and provide detailed market report as and when required
  • Study and develop new products based on market needs
  • Perform customer's needs assessment, evaluate customer satisfaction, and provide close and quality follow ups.
  • Provide customer support through technical advices and services
  • Preparation of Month-End Sales Reports

Requirements:

  • Diploma with experience in customer service. IT / Internet knowledge is advantageous
  • Must be computer literate
  • Customer-focused and proactive
  • Highly-motivated and passionate behavior
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Able to speak & write in English & Chinese to liaise with Oriental speaking clients and associates.
